A medieval farmhouse in the Elham Valley. The owners have lovingly restored this timber framed property and added a modest contemporary extension, which does not compete with the principal structure, to bring the living arrangements into the 21st century.
This is a Grade II Listed property in Canterbury City Centre soon to benefit from the construction of an extension to provide a dining space off the kitchen in a complementary style of traditionally designed joinery. We have produced the necessary joinery details, as well as the planning and constructional drawings, which are key to the success of the finished build - it is all in the details!
