One of the most satisfying projects for us is the opportunity to create a design for a new building.  It is always exciting to see projects take shape, however small these may be, but it is particularly pleasing to see the formation of original structures.

Here is the site of a new building in the Swale district which is part way through its build.  We designed the dwelling, along with the owners who had thought carefully about their brief. It is designed in the vernacular style being of red brick on the ground floor and a oak framed structure above first floor level. Green technologies have also been incorporated and we are keen to include these in scheme whenever practicable.  We promise more pictures when the structure is complete!

Here are our drawings for part of a development in Canterbury City Centre.  We also designed a further building for the same development, which was a conversion of an existing property on the site.  All the buildings were designed having regard to the substantial Grade II Listed property situated on the development site.
